Our Mission:

“The perfect marriage of personal service & restaurant automation”

Our Mission

To automate processes within casual dining and drinking establishments.

Be ethical to both the diners and the restaurants.

Provide restaurant management with a warm hand to automate processes with time.

Our Impact

Automating processes within casual dining restaurants allows all stakeholders to benefit. On the one hand, the restaurant ground staff will have less value-adding tasks to handle and in turn, spend more time with customers to directly impact personal service. Furthermore, restaurant management will be able to improve earnings by automating the process of selling high-margin items.
Whereas, on the other hand, restaurant customers no longer need to ‘wait’ during their valuable dining experience. The ability to view the menu, order and request the bill from their own device provides empowerment, albeit impacting the personal service experience which is to be offered.

Due to the reduction in waiting time for customers, tables will be freed up at a higher frequency.

increase in waiter efficiency*

Process automation leads to restaurants performing with minimum waste; leading to the lesser need of part-time waiters.

Since customers have the ability to re-order their drinks seamlessly; more orders are being placed per table per sitting.
